CHRISTIAN CHAMBERS, YOUNGERS COORDINATOR - GIRLS

The ALBION Santa Monica Youngers Coordinator oversees the Girls (U11-U14) teams and is responsible for the program’s growth and alignment with ALBION Santa Monica standards. This involves player recruitment, selection, training, and retention while holding coaches accountable to the Curriculum and training sessions. The Coordinator ensures that players’ development standards are met and coaches maintain accountability for the level of service they provide.

Grew up in England just outside the city of Bath. Moved to Los Angeles in 2006.
