The ALBION Santa Monica Development Coordinator oversees the U8-U12 boys’ and girls' soccer programs, responsible for preparing players for progression into higher-level pathways. This involves recruitment, selection, training, and retention of players while ensuring that coaches adhere to ALBION Santa Monica standards and that players master the curriculum. Player development is closely monitored at this stage, and players are consistently challenged to set benchmarks and achieve goals within our player-centric model.
