CHRISTIAN CHAMBERS, ADVANCEMENT COORDINATOR - GIRLS

The ALBION Santa Monica Advancement Coordinator oversees the Girls (U11-U14) teams and is responsible for the program’s growth and alignment with ALBION Santa Monica standards. This involves player recruitment, selection, training, and retention while holding coaches accountable to the Curriculum and training sessions. The Coordinator ensures that players’ development standards are met and coaches maintain accountability for the level of service they provide.
